Origin Settlement
v9.4Multi‑asset post‑trade settlement and clearing for physical and financial books: matching, confirmations, netting, margin and the reconciliation nobody wants to own. Deployed on the licensee's own infrastructure or ours.
House No. 08 · Technology
Technorigin writes the settlement, chartering and exposure systems that Assaf Trades and Assaf Finance run on — and sells them to institutions that compete with both. We supply the hardware, networking and endpoint estate behind them, and we resell graded, warranted consumer electronics to the public, because the same discipline that certifies a trading floor can certify a phone.
Platform
Nothing is sold that the Group does not run itself on the same release train. When a licensee hits a bug, so do we — usually about four hours earlier, because Singapore opens first.
Multi‑asset post‑trade settlement and clearing for physical and financial books: matching, confirmations, netting, margin and the reconciliation nobody wants to own. Deployed on the licensee's own infrastructure or ours.
Voyage and chartering management: fixtures, laytime and demurrage, bunker planning, port cost accrual and voyage P&L. Built with the chartering room at Assaf Trades sitting across the desk from the engineers.
Real‑time exposure, limit enforcement and stress testing across equities, options, credit and digital assets. Limits are enforced at the order layer, which is why they cannot be raised intraday at Assaf Trades.
Normalised market, reference and benchmark data with full lineage, feeding the systems above and the assessments published by Assaf Benchmarks. Every figure is traceable to its source tick.
Products
The supply arm grew out of kitting out our own trading floors and now serves external clients across the region: specification, sourcing, deployment and lifecycle. We are vendor‑agnostic and we disclose our margin on every line.
Multi‑head display walls, KVM, low‑latency dealerboards and desk builds — specified for the heat and cable loads a real floor generates, not a showroom.
Rack compute, all‑flash arrays and colocation build‑out, sized against the workload we can see rather than the one the vendor would like to sell you.
Switching, routing, precision timing and dedicated market‑data circuits, including cross‑connects into the venues our own desks trade on.
Laptops, workstations, tablets and managed mobile fleets with zero‑touch enrolment, disk encryption and a documented disposal chain.
Hardware security modules, privileged access management, logging and the evidence packs auditors actually ask for in regulated environments.
Framework agreements, staged delivery, asset registers, warranty administration and certified end‑of‑life disposal with data destruction certificates.
Resale
Phones, laptops, tablets, audio, cameras and consoles — sourced from corporate fleet returns, trade‑ins and our own procurement channels, then tested, data‑wiped to a certified standard, graded and sold with a warranty. Every unit's grade and test record is on the listing. Nothing is described as "like new" unless it is Grade A.
Current and recent‑generation devices only — nothing older than four product cycles, because a device we cannot warrant for twelve months is not a device we sell. Trade‑ins are accepted against any purchase, valued in writing before you commit.
Grade A — no visible marks, battery health above 90%, full accessories. Grade B — light wear visible at arm's length, battery above 85%. Grade C — clear cosmetic wear, fully functional, battery above 80%. Every device passes the same 60‑point functional test regardless of grade.
Flagship and mid‑range handsets, unlocked, with battery health stated on every listing.
Business‑class notebooks and workstations from fleet returns, reimaged and with a fresh operating system.
Tablets, e‑readers and smartwatches, tested for screen, battery and connectivity.
Headphones, earphones and speakers with new ear tips or pads fitted before sale.
Bodies and lenses with shutter count and sensor inspection recorded on the listing.
Consoles, controllers and handhelds, factory reset with drive health verified.

Reliability
Service levels are contractual, measured by the licensee's own monitoring rather than ours, and carry credits that are paid automatically without a claim being made.
Measured monthly against the licensee's monitoring. Credits are applied to the next invoice automatically; there is no claims process, because a claims process is how vendors avoid paying.
Full source is held in escrow with a Swiss agent and released on defined triggers, including our own insolvency or a discontinuation of the product line. Licensees may audit the deposit annually.
